Any time you make changes to your mailing address, phone number or email, it is important to update your information with us, either online through Your Pension Profile or by contacting us.

If you live within Canada or have a Canadian bank account, you can receive your MEPP pension paid via direct deposit. In addition to being more convenient for you to receive your money, using direct deposit means that postal disruptions will not affect your payments, and there is no risk of theft, loss or other delays.

If you do not have a Canadian bank account, you will receive your MEPP pension via cheque mailed to your current home address that we have on file. This cheque will be issued in Canadian funds.
