Your Pension Profile (formerly called mypensionplan) is a secure, online portal for all MEPP members—active, deferred, retiree, and any spouse or pension partner receiving a survivor benefit.

By registering for an account and logging in when using this website, members will have access to a dashboard that allows them to view or update their personal information, change communication preferences, send personal information and access retirement planning tools. With Your Pension Profile, MEPP.ca is a single source for information about members’ pensions.

To register for a personal account in Your Pension Profile, click on Login at the top right and find the Register Now button at the bottom of the pop-up.

Tips for registering:

  • Members will need to know their Social Insurance Number.
  • Members will need to have access to their email when registering, as they will need to verify their registration.
  • Read the Log In Help page for more assistance.

Features of Your Pension Profile

Features for members and retirees include:

  • Receive notifications: Important notifications will be posted to Your Pension Profile, such as reminders that information is missing from a member’s account or that a document has been posted. The bell at the top right of the website will tell a member if there is a notification to view.
  • View annual statements: A member’s annual statements are posted in Your Pension Profile as PDFs that they can access at any time.
  • Go Green and receive electronic documents and communication through email: A member can receive email notifications when statements and pension plan documents are made available by signing up for “Go Green.” When a member registers for Go Green, they will also occasionally receive email communications from MEPP. Members can update their communication preferences and email address at any time.
  • Update personal and pension information at any time: Members can quickly view and update their contact information, address and beneficiaries.
  • Ask MEPP questions related to a member’s personal account: Members can use the Secure Messages function to communicate with MEPP and request information.
  • Safely share personal information with MEPP: Members can use Document Centre to safely and securely share their electronic documents with MEPP. Simply log in to Your Pension Profile and see Document Centre in the drop-down menu.
  • See service and salary history: See the reported amount of pensionable service and pensionable salary, as provided to us annually by a member’s employer.
  • Run an estimate using personal information: The Pension Projection Calculator in the portal will use a member’s reported pensionable salary and pensionable service to help them project their future pension.
  • Review buyback proposals and balance: Under Buyback Purchase, members can find any available buyback proposals. If they are already paying for prior service or a period of leave through a buyback, they can review how much they have left to pay.
  • Complete a retirement application online: Use the online retirement application tool, PensionEase, to complete a retirement application and manage all documents and forms necessary to receive a pension benefit. Read more about PensionEase.
  • Schedule a one-on-one information session: If members need help understanding their pension benefit and statements, such as a Retirement Benefit Statement or Termination Statement, they can register for a one-on-one session.

Benefits for retirees include:

  • Register for direct deposit: Register for direct deposit or manage banking information through the portal.
  • Pension payment details: View the dates of upcoming pension payments and see pension payment history, including deductions.
  • Review selected pension option: Review the details of the pension option selected at retirement. (The option cannot be changed once a benefit payment has been made.)
  • Review Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA): See details of the annual COLA on pension payments.
  • Access tax slips and forms: Find tax slips and forms, including provincial TD1s or T4As.
