Your Pension Profile is the secure, online portal that can be accessed by MEPP members and retirees to view and manage pension information, and to share personal documents or communicate with MEPP.

The following are helpful tips if users are having trouble logging in or registering for an account. 

Registration Tips

The first time a member or retiree uses Your Pension Profile, they will need to create an account. Click on “Login” at the top right of the website. This login button is accessible from any page of the website. The top right is also where to find the Your Pension Profile drop-down menu once logged in.

The “Register Now” button is at the bottom of the login pop-up. Clicking on this will launch the registration process, where users will be walked through the registration process step-by-step. 

  • Users can register if they are an active member, deferred member, retiree, beneficiary or are receiving a surviving spouse/pension partner pension benefit.
  • Users will need to know their Social Insurance Number.
  • To verify a users identity, the user will need access to their email or mobile device during registration.
  • Users will also have to verify their email address for receiving notifications and plan information. Users should consider using a personal email address they will have access to regardless of who their employer is.
  • It should only take a few minutes to receive the verification code, and the code will only be valid for 30 minutes from the time it is sent. 

Log In Tips

Here are a few helpful tips if users are having trouble logging in to Your Pension Profile. 

  • The login button is at the top right of the website, and it is accessible from any page.
  • Users’ mypensionplan login information can be used to log in to Your Pension Profile.
  • Users’ login name may be the email address they provided at the time of registering for an account.
  • Forgot username or password? Use the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” options on the login screen. It can take up to 30 minutes for the reset email and verification code to be sent. The verification code is only valid for 12 hours from the time it is sent.
  • Contact MEPP if you need help logging in. Before calling, users should have their 10-digit Member Identifier, found on any statement or mailed correspondence from MEPP, or Social Insurance Number available.
