Representatives cannot control your screen and are unable to see your security questions, answers, passwords, or Social Insurance Number (SIN) during the cobrowsing session.

Member Services representatives are available to cobrowse during our business hours:
Mon — Fri (except Thurs): 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thurs: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
