Updating Your Information

It is important that members notify us of any changes that could impact their pension file—whether it is changes to their name, address, pension partner and/or beneficiary details.

Members can update their information by editing their details or submitting forms and documents using the online portal, Your Pension Profile. Members can also contact us by phone at 1-877-889-MEPP (6377).

Member Services representatives are available to cobrowse during our business hours:
Mon — Fri (except Thurs): 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thurs: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
